Innovo and Redcon Form a Powerful Alliance to Deliver a Sustainable Mixed-Use Community Worth EGP 12bn

In a strategic move set to elevate Egypt’s construction sector, Innovo Build and RedCon Construction have announced a partnership agreement to establish a joint alliance, combining international scale with deep-rooted local expertise.
As a milestone achievement for this collaboration, the alliance has won a competitive tender to execute infrastructure and contracting works for “DP03 East” package at “Wadi Yam” project in Ras El Hekma, North Coast—marking Modon Developments’ flagship project in Egypt—with a total value exceeding EGP 12bn.
The alliance secured the contract following intense competition with top-tier construction firms, driven by a superior technical proposal and the robust track record of both partners. Spanning a built-up area of 323,000 square meters, the project is scheduled for completion within a 21-month timeframe. The development encompasses over 660 residential units, ranging from standalone villas to townhouses, alongside public service areas, scenic lakes, a commercial mall, extensive landscaping, and road paving.
This partnership brings together two industry giants to create an agile entity capable of managing complex engineering and logistical challenges according to the highest global standards of quality, safety, and operational efficiency.
