*Amer Holding Strengthens Leadership Structure with Appointment of Dalia El Kordy as Chief Commercial Officer*

Cairo – June 24, 2026: Amer Holding announced the appointment of Dalia El Kordy as the Group’s Chief Commercial Officer, reflecting its commitment to strengthening its leadership structure and supporting its strategic growth and expansion plans for the coming period.

Bringing more than 30 years of professional experience, El Kordy has built extensive expertise across sales, marketing, commercial strategy, and business development, holding several executive and leadership positions at major companies throughout her career. She spent more than 10 years working in the fast-moving consumer goods and retail sectors before continuing her successful career across real estate development, hospitality, and marketing.

Throughout this career, El Kordy held prominent positions at several leading organizations and companies, including Raya Holding, Al Ahram Beverages Company, and the Arby’s restaurant chain. She also served as Chief Executive Officer of Tropicana Group, Chief Marketing Officer at Al Ahly Sabbour Developments, and, most recently, Chief Commercial Officer at A Capital Holding.

Drawing on this diverse experience, she has successfully led teams, built brands, and developed effective commercial strategies that contributed to strong growth in sales and operational performance.

In her new role, El Kordy will lead Amer Holding’s commercial strategy, overseeing marketing, sales, and business development activities as part of the Group’s plans to strengthen its competitiveness in Egypt’s real estate market.

The appointment also forms part of Amer Holding’s broader strategy to attract highly experienced senior executives, supporting its sustainable growth plans and maximizing the added value of its current and future projects.
