Apache Developments starts construction works at “Mersea North Coast” project before launching to clients

Apache Investment and Urban Development company, started construction works at “Mersea North Coast” project site at kilometer 76 on Alexandria-Matrouh Road, in a move reflecting a different approach to real estate development, before the project’s launching to clients and signing any sales contracts for units within the project, as the company emphasizes that actual execution is its top priority, and that what is happening on the ground, which it builds upon its relationship with clients and the market.

This step embodies Apache’s strategy of starting construction before sales, giving clients the opportunity to observe the project’s progress and work on the ground before making a purchase decision, and reflects the company’s commitment to translate its plans and visions into tangible implementation steps according to a clear program.

Starting construction works at the site follows obtaining the Ministerial Decree No. 1002, dated July 9, 2026, for Mersea North Coast project, which represents a major step in the project’s legal and executive process, supporting its transition from the planning phase to actual on-site development.

It is worth mentioning, that the project is strategically located at kilometer 76 on the North Coast, near New Alamein City, Alamein International Airport, and Borg El Arab Airport, it also enjoys easy access from Cairo and Alexandria, giving it a prime location within one of the most promising areas for tourism and real estate growth on the North Coast.

“Mersea” spans approximately 52 acres, with only about 14% of the project area dedicated to buildings, while 86% is allocated to open areas, water features, and landscaping, according to a schematic vision aims to achieve a balance between residential units, services, and natural elements, providing residents with high levels of privacy and comfort.
