HPD Developments launches “VOKE TWINS” based on real estate experience exceeds 30 years
HPD Developments company, announced launching its latest project “VOKE TWINS”, in the Administrative District in the New Capital, which marks a new beginning for the company in one of the most competitive new cities, based upon over three decades of Egyptian-Saudi expertise.
Hazem Moheb, Chairman of HPD Developments, said that launching “VOKE TWINS” aligns with the company’s strategy to expand into commercial, administrative, and medical projects in high-value investment locations, noting that the company aims to deliver a comprehensive business destination encompassing an ideal location, distinctive design, professional management, and high-quality implementation.
He added that the project represents an extension for the success achieved by VOKE project in New Cairo, but with a more advanced vision befitting the New Capital’s status as a business and administrative hub in Egypt, which prompted the company to choose one of the most prominent locations within the Administrative District in the Downtown for the project.
He noted that the company has successfully implemented a portfolio of projects with total investments amounting to EGP 30 billion.
He emphasized that VOKE TWINS is located in the heart of the Administrative District, opposite the Parliament, the House of Representatives, the Senate, the City of Justice, and the Courts Complex, and close to the Government District, besides boasting a direct frontage on the Bin Zayed North Axis and overlooks the Green River, in addition to its proximity to the monorail station, LRT light rail interchange station, and the New Administrative Capital Airport which ensures high traffic rates and enhances its appeal to investors and entrepreneurs.
Eng.Ahmed Abd El Salam HPD managing director, pointed that the project is built on an area exceeding 10,000 square meters with a building area that doesn’t exceed 40%, achieving a balance between built-up areas, open areas, and services.
He noted that the architectural design features twin towers in a contemporary Art Deco style, with banks located between them, creating a new and secure investment opportunity in the Downtown in administrative district.
He pointed that the project includes administrative units and medical clinics with different areas varied from 30 to 700 square meters, along with a comprehensive operation and management system that includes professional facilities management, smart systems, security and maintenance services, and business reception areas, ensuring the long-term operational and investment value of the project.
He added that HPD Developments was keen to engage leading experts in the project’s execution, as it handled the consulting and engineering work and preparing the master plan to “Archrete Engineering Consultancy”, due to its experience in designing in more than 25 projects in the New Capital, while “EgyPro Facility Management” will manage and operate the project, ensuring the highest standards of operation and management after delivering.
