Bravo announces its expansion plan in the Egyptian market in partnership with Ebdaa to establish Ouda Developments
Bravo Facility Management company, announced its strategic and robust entry into the Egyptian real estate market through its alliance with Ebdaa real estate development company, so that this alliance has established a new entity named “Ouda Developments”, based on a successful and pioneering track record in Saudi Arabia.
Eng. Saad Al-Maliki, Bravo Chairman in Saudi Arabia, said that entering the Egyptian market is not just a geographical expansion but a strategic shift, as it aims to transfer the company’s experience in facilities management and operations to the real estate development sector, ensuring the delivery of genuine and sustainable value to clients.
He showed that the new entity “Ouda Developments” is based on strong foundations focusing on developing integrated communities that are efficiently developed, professionally managed, and operated, noting that clients are now looking for a real estate development company that offers a comprehensive living experience and maintains project quality after delivering.
Al-Maliki added “At Bravo, we believe that real estate is not just a building, but an integrated system, thus we seek to redefine the living and investment experience in Egypt by combining the architectural expertise of Ebdaa Company with the precise operational excellence of Saudi Arabia’s Bravo Company”.
Eng. Saad Al-Maliki pointed that the new alliance aims to launch several huge residential and commercial projects with total investments exceeds EGP 50 billion between 2026 and 2029, which reflects Bravo’s confidence in the strength of the Egyptian market and its ability to absorb real estate products based on quality and integrated operation.
The Chairman of Bravo reviewed its strong history and distinguished track record, highlighting the company’s experience in Saudi Arabia which exceeds 40 years, as during this period , Bravo successfully executed and managed 19 sovereign government projects with an investment value exceeding SAR 1.75 billion over the past five years.
He explained that the company’s portfolio includes collaborations with major sovereign entities such as the Ministries of Defense, Interior, Justice, Sports, the National Guard, and Industry and Mineral Resources, in addition to managing facilities for major sports clubs, which proves practically Bravo’s ability to implement the highest operational standards and transfer this expertise to the Egyptian market.
Eng. Saad Al-Maliki revealed that the new entity’s first project will be in New Obour City, developing an integrated residential community on 15 acres, and featuring a building area within 25% maximum, ensuring offering wide areas of landscape and services.
He added that the project will offer unique residential experience through a range of innovative services, including co-working areas, recreational and technology areas, and a business center, all aligned with modern lifestyles.
He referred to the company’s commitment to provide an added value to clients by allowing them to customize unit designs to suit their needs, a step that enhances the ownership experience and gives clients an active role in establishing their homes.
