Bahaa Saad reveals his Strategy for leading Grosign Development following his appointment as CEO

Grosign Development company announced the appointment of Bahaa Saad as its CEO to lead its expansion strategy in the coming period, noting that this step is a part of its plans to strengthen its presence in the Egyptian real estate market and expand into New Cairo through the development of a boutique compound residential project, aiming to offer a different vision for real estate development in the district.

This appointment is based on the company’s accumulated experience, which exceeds 17 years, and its commitment to adopt an expansion strategy focused on delivering projects with a clear vision and developing real estate products that align with market needs and evolving demand, as New Cairo is considered a key area within the company’s future growth plans.

Bahaa Saad possesses over 13 years of experience in the real estate market, along with an MBA, besides he began his career working for several leading companies in the New Cairo market before expanding his expertise to West Cairo, specifically Sheikh Zayed City and 6th of October City. In addition, he held professional roles in a number of major real estate companies, most recently with one of the market’s prominent companies.

Bahaa Saad’s diverse experience in both East and West Cairo markets is expected to be instrumental in leading the next phase of Grosign Development’s strategy, which will involve developing new expansion strategies, enhancing the company’s 0competitiveness, and preparing for the launch of its new residential project in New Cairo, a pivotal step in its growth plan for the coming period.
