Tharaa Misr, Golden Point forge strategic partnership for EGP 10bn joint projects

Tharaa Misr has signed a strategic partnership agreement with Golden Point Real Estate Developments, marking a new direction toward strategic integration between two real estate developers with strong expertise and a shared vision to deliver high–value-added projects to Egyptian market.

This collaboration comes at a time when Egypt’s real estate market is witnessing a growing need for innovative developments that meet the aspirations of both clients and investors, while striking a balance between quality, pricing, and location.

The agreement was signed by Eman Elmelegy, Chairwoman of Golden Point Real Estate Developments, and Mr. Islam Hashim, Chairman of Tharaa Developments, in the presence of senior executives from both companies.

The first project, which represents the flagship outcome of this strategic partnership, enjoys a prime and exceptional location in New Cairo. The site was carefully selected to meet current real estate market needs and align with client expectations in terms of accessibility, planning quality, and investment value.

Hafez Consultants has been appointed to lead the project’s architectural design, underscoring the partners’ commitment to delivering a high-quality real estate offering. Additionally, ACE – Moharram Bakhoum has been selected as the project’s general consultant.
