La Vita Development starts first deliveries for Lavita 2 Project in Summer 2026… and completes 45% of Lavita 4 construction
Lavita Development company announced starting the first deliveries for “Lavita 2” project in the North Coast during the summer 2026, allowing clients to enjoy their units during the upcoming summer season, as the company also completed 45% of the construction works at “Lavita 4” project.
Amr Abdel Aziz, La Vita Development Chairman, said that the company completed the constructions of the buildings of Lavita 2 project, and began the finishing phase, according to the highest quality standards, noting that the company is working on the project according to a strict scheduled timeline, regardless of market fluctuations, reinforcing its commitment to its clients.
He added that “Lavita 2” project includes 160 units with different areas varies between 50 & 90 square meters, which were carefully designed to maximize area and ensure a high quality of life and luxury within the project.
He revealed the company’s plan to launch a hotel on area of 2 acres in New Alamein, and will announce all project’s details soon, which will represent a boom in terms of location, interior design, and investment opportunities, as the company focuses on developing innovative projects with unique and unconventional investment systems, thus maintaining its leadership in the real estate development sector.

aims to adhere to the construction and delivery schedules to maintain client’s trust and satisfaction, pointing that reaching the fourth project in the North Coast reflects clients confidence and their continued desire to purchase units in new projects within the company.
He noted that “Lavita 4” is a residential and tourist project on an area of 6 acres, featuring five swimming pools, kids areas, elevators, gym, a mosque, an aqua park, artificial waterfalls, green areas, a shopping mall, and hotel-managed units.
He noted that approximately 75% of “Lavita 4” has been sold, and work is underway in the project’s first and second phases, as it is planned to start delivery in 2027, as the project includes various premium recreational amenities, including 6 swimming pools, an aqua park, restaurants, and cafes.
He revealed that Lavita Development offers hotel management services, allowing the client to rent out units during periods of non-use, which ensures a dual benefit as the client can enjoy using the unit and rent it out to others, earning a return on investment.
