*RcrutAI Expands Panther to Commercial and Mixed-Use Real Estate*

Cairo, Egypt – September 21, 2026:Egyptian company RcrutAI announced the expansion of its Panther platform to cover commercial and mixed-use real estate, following its earlier launch to support development decisions in the residential sector.

The new expansion introduces a range of analytical tools tailored to commercial real estate, covering several stages of the decision-making process, from land and market analysis to product mix, pricing, feasibility studies, and development strategy.

Commercial Land Intelligence for Analyzing Commercial Opportunities

The expansion includes the launch of Commercial Land Intelligence, a tool that analyzes the site and the market surrounding a plot of land, while providing data on existing developments within its surrounding area.

The analysis includes the number of units or keys within nearby developments, helping estimate the size of the catchment area and the potential population base that could support commercial activity within the project.

For mixed-use developments, Panther combines residential and commercial intelligence in a single analysis, enabling developers to assess the relationship between the surrounding residential population, expected traffic, and potential commercial demand.

Tenant and Brand Analysis

The new analytical capabilities also extend to tenants, brands, and activities operating within the surrounding area, along with an analysis of their current distribution.

This enables developers to identify potential gaps in the Tenant Mix and determine the types of tenants and brands that could be targeted as part of the project’s commercial offering.

Parking Stress Test for Assessing Parking Requirements

Panther has also introduced a Parking Stress Test model to analyze expected parking demand based on the commercial mix and projected usage levels of a project.

The model helps assess whether open areas and surface parking can accommodate expected demand, while identifying potential requirements for additional solutions, such as underground or multi-story parking facilities.

This analysis is linked to decisions related to land use, costs, developable areas, and project feasibility.

From Land Analysis to Feasibility

According to RcrutAI, Panther Commercial covers several stages of the development decision-making process, including:

Commercial Land Intelligence, Product Mix, Pricing, Parking Analysis, Tenant & Catchment Intelligence, and Feasibility**, in addition to development strategy.

The integrated approach is designed to provide analysis across different stages of decision-making for commercial and mixed-use developments, rather than addressing each stage separately.

Expanding Panther’s Applications

Ahmed Zakaria, Co-Founder and CEO of RcrutAI, said that Panther’s entry into commercial and mixed-use development represents a natural extension of the vision behind the platform, which initially focused on the residential sector.

“The goal is not to build a separate set of tools for each sector, but rather to build a single intelligence layer that supports real estate development decisions across different asset types. Residential was the starting point, and commercial and mixed-use represent the next step,” Zakaria said.

He added that as Panther’s capabilities continue to expand, RcrutAI is working to broaden the platform to cover additional stages and decisions across the real estate development cycle, from land analysis through to operations and investment.

The launch of Panther Commercial comes as part of RcrutAI’s efforts to expand the use of data-driven intelligence and analytical tools in the real estate development sector, covering different project types and the decision-making requirements associated with them.
