MG Developments partners with YBA, ACE, and Qatar’s Retaj Hotels for SOLARA resort

MG Developments continues to develop SOLARA project in Ain Sokhna based on an integrated vision for hospitality-oriented residential living, combining distinctive design, construction quality, and efficient management and operations to deliver an experience that brings together leisure, quality of life, and investment value.
YBA, led by Eng. Yasser El Beltagy, is responsible for the project’s architectural design, while ACE Moharram. Bakhoum provides engineering consultancy and construction supervision services, supporting the implementation of the design vision in line with the targeted standards and specifications.
MG Developments has also contracted Retaj Hotels and Hospitality, the Qatari hotel management company, to manage and operate the project’s hotel, adding specialised hospitality and hotel operations expertise to the SOLARA development.
The project offers a comprehensive range of services and amenities, including open spaces, landscaped areas, water features, swimming pools, sports and recreational facilities, a gym and spa, children’s areas, restaurants, cafés, and hospitality services.
